Our Mission at Bikram Yoga Concord is to provide a therapeutic yoga experience that benefits both the body and mind.
The Bikram Yoga series consists of 26 postures including 2 breathing exercises. The series is designed to rejuvenate and strengthen the entire body while improving flexibility. The room is heated to approx. 105 degrees to help promote flexibility and the release of the body's toxins. Participants range from beginner to advanced and the level of intensity depends on how hard you want to push yourself.

Classes are 90 minutes, 6:30 am classes and Pilates classes are 60 minutes. Please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to class start.
