30 Day Challenge Kicks Off on May 1st

30 classes in 30 days? Really?


May 1st we will be starting the Spring 30 Day Challenge at BYC! The challenge is to complete 30 Yoga or Hot Pilates classes in 30 days. One double per week is permitted, if needed. So, why a 30 Day Challenge? Well:

* Build a new habit

* Take some time for you, every day.

* Meet and build a support team with your fellow yogis. We are all in the same boat and dealing with our own stuff. Make a friend to help keep you accountable and in class!

* Challenge yourself once, meet and exceed your expectations, and then imagine the possibilities!

* What do you have to lose? 

May 1st through May 31st, regular class rates apply.
