Bikram Yoga Concord Announcements
Shakti Activewear Trunk Show
Join us before and after the 9:00 a.m. class on Saturday, September 11th for a Shakti Activewear Yoga Clothes Trunk Show. Laura will have men's and women's clothing - solids, prints, and sale items.
Welcome Logan Richard DeAngelis!
Logan was born on Wednesday, August 4th at 11:07 pm. He's a healthy 7 lbs, 14 oz and 19 1/2 inches. I was able to successfully deliver VBAC (naturally after cesarean section) and Logan came out fast and furious (only 6 1/2 hours from start to baby)!
The DeAngelis family is doing very well and Toby is elated to have a "baby boy"....although after holding Logan for a few minutes he asked that we "put him back" in his bassinet. Can't wait for him to meet you all!
Early Bird Special!
Many of you have asked for it and it's finally here! We will be adding another 6:00 a.m. class to the schedule starting Monday, June 28th. You can now start your day with yoga twice a week!
We have child care every Monday for the 9:30 a.m. class. We reduced the fee to $7 per child and $5 for siblings. Registration is REQUIRED 24 hours in advance. Please click here for more information.

Bikram Yoga
Bikram's beginning yoga class is comprised of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises done in a heated room for 90 minutes. It is the original hot yoga!
